Prior to joining Employment Security, Caitlin spent more than eight years as a public-information manager with the state Department of Ecology. Before that, her experience includes serving as an account executive at a public-relations agency, the in-house communications director for a medical facility, and a public-relations and marketing consultant. Caitlin matriculated at Boston University and the University of Miami, and holds a bachelor’s degree in English and creative writing. |

At the Washington state Department of Veterans Affairs, Gary manages several aspects of agency communication, including digital communications, social media, and community relations. Before coming to the DVA, Gary worked on social media, marketing, technical writing, editing and business development in the social marketing department at a federal agency, where he was solely responsible for all social/PR/digital strategy/photography/videography and the implementation on web, print, electronic and social media platforms.
